COEUR d'ALENE, Idaho (AP) â" A Washington state male faces transgression pot trafficking charges after an officer found 3.3 pounds of pot wrapped adult as Christmas gifts during a trade stop in northern Idaho.
Jason D. Palmer, 36, of Springdale, Wash., was arrested Dec. 22 as he returned from a outing to Montana, where he had been visiting family, a Coeur d'Alene Press (http://bit.ly/uj4XeZ) reported Thursday.
Kootenai County sheriff's officials pronounced Palmer was stopped easterly of Coeur d'Alene since his car was regularly changing lanes and following other drivers too closely. The officer pronounced he smelled pot as he approached a vehicle.
