Fury of Fire by Coreene Callahan
If we are a fan of a author J. R. Ward, we are possibly going to adore reading a book so identical to hers or hatred a fact that it seems so identical to a Brotherhood series. Hopefully we won't get bogged down in a sum like we did. .
The essay is unequivocally good though a similarities were usually too clever for me to privately like. we will validate this novel to anyone who hasn't examination J.R.'s books given we won't have a problems we did and we competence find this to be a uninformed proceed to fantasy/romance.
The Nightfury residence of half-dragons is sworn to strengthen a humans from a immorality half-dragon such as a brute immorality Razorback's. The Nightfury's need their celebrity to have a son to keep a absolute line going. Unfortunately, for tellurian women (there is no such thing as a womanlike Dragon...at slightest so far) they all die in childbirth. Bastian meets Myst who has usually helped a failing lady broach a half-dragon baby. Myst is unequivocally absolute in that she can recharge a dragons (feed them) though sex, and Bastian wants her...already is meditative of her as his. To strengthen her he takes her to a dragon's den and things get engaging from there.

The rest of this will sound some-more like a diatribe than a examination and we apologize for that.
Now some of a points we make and similarities many expected will be found in roughly any erotic anticipation novel.
Snark/sarcasm -both series. This is an bauble in this book given everybody uses a same form of irascibility a account is rather interchangeable. If we aren't certain who is articulate or meditative to themselves, it could be roughly any of a characters.
Ultra complicated language/slang with a lot of OMG's thrown in - both
Evil vs good -now this is where this novel differs: a immorality ones are of a same species, graphic a Brotherhood novels. - of march a Evil Razorback residence is sworn to kill a tellurian competition and to do so contingency get absolved of a good guys, a Nightfury's.
Fawning servant - both
Medical lady taken opposite her will assisting harmed brethren - both
Woman being partner of conduct of a good guys (Bastian/Nightfury Clan)
Luxurious accommodations -both
Going fighting on revolution -both
I can indeed come adult with some-more similarities though we will not. we was not happy reading this novel given many of my time was spent comparing a dual instead of usually being means to remove myself in a writing.

Exciting New Series ~~~
By Book-Mahrk
Welcome to Washington State.
This entrance novel is a commencement to many additional installments.
Bastian is one of a oldest of his kind; an all masculine competition innate of tellurian females - dragon-shifters. As celebrity of a Nightfury dragon residence it is his avocation to strengthen humankind. With their numbers disappearing he needs to set an example. With usually 5 days until a Meridian's pivot realign, he has reduction than a week to find a mate.
"...Be a initial to commit, to have a son, to remove his womanlike in child birth."
Myst Munroe, a helper practitioner, usually wants to check on her profound studious - Caroline Van Owen. She is still recuperating from her mother, Dana's, murder. When she arrives during Caroline's residence and discovers her fibbing in a pool of blood - a flashbacks begin. Her training kicks in and she works to save both mom and her unborn child. Soon Bastian and his initial in command, Rikar, arrive dressed as EMS workers - a conflict begins.
Bastian feels an evident captivate to Myst; her appetite is graphic anything he has gifted before. Seeing her distress, he feels a constrained need to take caring of her. For Bastian, that is something that has never occur before - though it is a one thing that he can't seem to control. When Myst starts to redeem from a startle she turn desperate, he knows that she will need his assistance - even if she is demure to accept it. Before long, Bastian finds himself incompetent to say his control - he wants to explain Myst for his own.
This is an tension packaged book that will make we giggle and make we cry. Myst's predicament comes right off a pages. Her difficulty over her feelings for Bastian tears her.
The delegate characters heighten a story. It's a good thing that we will get 2 some-more installments this year (according to Amazon):

Unfortunately unoriginal
By Bridgette Dooley
Fury of Fire is a bad fabrication of a Black Dagger Brotherhood, though with dragon-men instead of vampires.
Here are usually a few examples:
The line adult of dragon brothers vital in a oppulance dim den is a Leader, a Best Friend, a Computer Geek ,the Troubled Dangerous Anti-Social One, and another one who didn't make any clarity of graphic celebrity on me besides he's immature in dragon form. They have a strict butler/servant to prepare them waffles and do their laundry. There is a carnage investigator that can clarity dragon "issues". The dragon-men wear "@!*#kickers", they call any other "warrior" and "brother", and they "feed" off "females". They go a dance bar where bodies are "writhing", song is pumping, and people are carrying private time in a dim corners. The brothers lay in a VIP area, and splash brand-name ethanol while looking for their enemies or females to feed off of. The congregation "part like a red sea" when these over six-foot high sex-gods wearing "leathers", and "rolling" with menace, cranky a room. The males like to feed their females. They consider of their females as "worthy" or "of worth". The dragon-boys have names along a same lines as a BDB boys. The dragon-boys have sorcery that creates them invisible to humans. The dragon-boys can't go outward during a day since of a object light.
Those are usually a little fragment of a similarities between this story and a Black Dagger Brotherhood series, though we get a idea.
A lot of other things worried me about this book, though here are a highlights:
At one point, a heroine gets to ask a favourite questions about dragon-kind, though a reader doesn't even get to hear it - she thinks about it later, and dribbles out some carnival about their start story. we don't know how aged these dragon group are, though it's pragmatic they can live hundreds of years. Apparently they usually remember a final forty years of American tellurian enlightenment - since that's all they use in debate and suspicion to irritating excess. There is zero unequivocally "dragony" about them.
I struggled to find a intrigue in this book. The attribute seems to entail instant-love-you-have-no-choice passionate attraction, overly jealous/protectiveness (your cave now and we won't let we go/don't hold or feed from my partner or I'll kill you), job a heroine "baby" right divided (ick), and her not objecting to being called "baby" (ick) - ever. The favourite will snarl a word "mine" several times. It's not unequivocally regretful to force a pregnancy on her. It's substantially deliberate carnage when she gives birth and dies from it.
No one seems to be means to select or have choices.
While created in mixed POV's, it was mostly tough to tell how any of a characters were all that opposite from one another. For a many partial all of them (even a girls) suspicion and spoke in a same fabrication BDB style. There was some repeating of ideas and difference too, for instance several characters used a word "get off my duff" in their POV thoughts. Why are presumably totally opposite people all regulating a same surprising word?
The code name dropping doesn't supplement anything, and in fact takes divided from a story. we don't know what "such and such" cologne smells like, so I've been cheated out of experiencing a story with a character. All a song and cocktail enlightenment references (which will be incomprehensible in 5 - 10 years) don't supplement anything either, and, again, seem like an fabrication of a BDB series.
In a end, however, a weakest component of this book was a essay style. The overuse of participial phrases (literally paragraphs of them) and pacifist sentences became distracting and annoying. Honestly, if we hadn't been wearied during a time we would not have finished reading. we didn't caring if a favourite and heroine finished adult together, we didn't unequivocally see how possibly of them altered - and in fact a heroine went from a comparatively essential lady in a beginning, to giving in to a hero, for diseased or foolish reasons, heading to a weepy great disaster during a end, where she begged for her favourite to literally swoop in and save her. Even then, another dragon child indeed "saves" her before a favourite dude shows adult to fly her to safety. Either way, we didn't unequivocally care.
