item is mistakenly described as automatic

I ordered it based on Amazon's watches description and only after this found on another site à review and confirmation that watches have Quartz movement.

Be aware that Seiko Men's SNDZ99 wathces are QUARTZ watches and the movement IS NOT "Japanesse automatic" as it is described on Amazon.

The worst thing is that I tried to cancel this item but on-line form for canceling rejected my request several times with explanations about some internal error which will be fixed by Amazon soon.
Then I had an on-line chat with Amazon instant support. They confirmed that there is a mistake in the item description but tthe description was not changed since April 22 (today is May 08).
Also instant support confirmed that the item is cancelled I have not yet received refund (money were taken from my MasterCard).

With this 1 star I am rating not the item, but Amazon's service and how they are pushing worng items to consumers.
